2. Scope and purposes of data processing

Personal data of Users are processed for the following purposes:

a) conclusion and performance of a contract or taking actions prior to its conclusion – pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR,

b) fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the Data Controller – pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR,

c) handling inquiries, contact, and complaints – pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) or (f) of the GDPR,

d) pursuit of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller, in particular direct marketing of own services, establishment and enforcement of claims, and analysis of activity on the website – pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR,

e) marketing activities, including sending commercial information – solely on the basis of voluntary consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).

3. Scope of processed data

The Data Controller may process, in particular, the following data: name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, IP address, data contained in correspondence, and data regarding activity on the website (including cookies).

4. Data recipients

Personal data may be transferred by the Data Controller to the following categories of third parties cooperating with the Data Controller in the fulfillment of the purposes specified in point 2: hosting and IT service providers, providers of analytical and marketing systems (e.g., Google, Meta), accounting and legal service providers, e-mail and CRM system operators, payment service providers (if applicable), and entities authorized under applicable law.

These entities process data on the basis of data processing agreements or as separate data controllers.

7. Automated decision-making

The Administrator does not use automated decision-making, including profiling, which would produce legal effects concerning the Users.

– marketing and remarketing activities (marketing cookies).

The Administrator reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy in the event of changes to the law or the method of data processing.
